Created from 5 existing ruined buildings, the goal set was about making one home. The house retains as many of the original features as possible, such as roof shapes, thich walls and alcoves, whilst succesfully hidding contemporary lighting within the internal roof lines, and installing fireplaces, wood burning alosves and under-floor heating in order that the houses can be equally enjoyed during the winter months. This house is perfect for those who enjoy looking at nature and ocean from the comfort of a beautifully designed home.

The house consists of the main living space with dining area and a raised chill-out sitting room area in which to read and watch television and enjoy both the views of the natural park and the ocean. Two steps op to the right of this area is the dramatically carved wooden front door and an area containing a guest cloakroom, coat cupboard and fully equiped laundry room.
