Tarifa’s town is only a 7 minutes drive away and the hip beach clubs on the kite and windsurf beaches are just down the road. The central patio complete with dining table, sun decks invites you to enjoy a day in the sun as the villa is orientated on the South and with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year you will be most likely to get some.

The villa easily caters for a larger party of friends and family without being in each others way as there are no less then 3 living rooms!

The villa consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the lower level adjoining apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate playroom.

8 people can be comfortably accommodated and up to 11 when using the adjoining apartment.

There is also a kitchen, dining area, TV area, sun lounge, reading room, play room.
Outside there is a sun terrace and a shaded terrace

There is an indoor swimming pool which is great for those days that the Levante is blowing strong. The pool is 10m by 4m and covered with sliding doors along 3 sides. The outdoor infinity swiwwming pool is smaller but is great as a refreshment on hot days of which you have great ocean views.

Some of the bedrooms have air conditioning and for the entertainment there is Satellite TV, a Play station and Ipod speakers to connect your Ipod.

During school holidays rentals are on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Shorter periods, minimum 3 nights, are available at other times.
