This Tarifa apartment is located in a private urbanisation opposite Valdevaqueros, Tarifa's most popular beaches for kite and windsurfing. The sand dunes are only 2 minutes away and Tarifa town is a 10 minutes drive.

This complex is built on the grounds of a former watermill which is still present though not functioning anymore.

The apartment is accessable after climbing a small staircase which leads you to the terrace. The terrace has beautiful views to the natural surroundings and the sand dunes in the distance.

After lowering some stairs you reach the sauna which is located next to the apartment.

The complex comprises of a total of 6 apartments sharing a communal pool. The swimming pool is 12 by 5 meters. Around the pool there are some sun beds and tables, perfect for a relaxed day at the pool.

The apartment has a full size kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher.

The living area contains 2 two-seater sofas, TV-DVD and a fireplace. The adjoining dining area seats 4.

There is one bedroom which is nothing fancy but very clean. Just simple with a twin beds and some cupboard space and night tables. There is one bathroom with shower and bath - again simple, all in white but very clean.

There is a private terrace on the rear of the apartment ideal for outdoor dining (BBQ) or lounging on the sun beds.
