My husband and I just loved the relaxed ambiance in hotel Tres Mares. We had a room on the first floor which was great because of the views though we wouldn't have mind a room on the ground floor either as the garden is lovely.

We would recommend to hire a car as you need a car to go to Tarifa for the restaurants or to buy some essentials. The road which runs in front of the hotel can be a bit noisy for some although it didn't disturb us. Basically all the hotels in Tarifa are on the same road or you should go to a hotel in town.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and especially the bathrooms modern decorated.

We would recommend if you are considering a stay in a hotel outside of the town.
