This very recently totally refurbished 2 bedroom apartment / bungalow is located in a private urbanisation opposite one of Tarifa's most popular beaches for kite and windsurfing. The sand dunes are only 2 minutes away and Tarifa town is a 10 minutes drive.

This complex is built on the grounds of a former watermill which is still present though not functioning anymore.

The apartment itself is actually more like a bungalow as there are no neighbours in the direct surroundings. After a short strwal you reach the sauna which is located just below the apartment.

The complex comprises of a total of 6 apartments sharing a communal pool. The swimming pool is just a minute away from this apartmentwalking through a beautifull natural scenery.

The swimmingpool is a large 12 by 5 meters. Around the pool there are some sundecks and tables, perfect for a relaxed day at the pool.
