MALAGA
ON AIRPORT
Pick up:
Clients have to go to the counter on the groundfloor of the arrivals terminal.
Drop off:
Car to be returned to the parking at the airport, within the Rent a Car
area nearby the check in point. If time of drop off is out of hours (00:00
h - 08:00 h), car has to be locked and key to be left in the keybox
at that parking.
GRANADA
OFF AIRPORT
Pick up:
“Meet & Greet” = a staff member will pick you up bearing
a placard and take you by a courtesy bus to the office located at 600
m distance (FLIGHT NO. & ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY).
Drop off:
To be arranged with staff member when picking up the vehicle, but generally
cars should be returned to the parking of our office and you will be taken
to the terminal by bus.
GIBRALTAR
OFF AIRPORT (LA LÍNEA DE LA CONCEPCIÓN,)
Pick up:
Arrival: The Crown Car Hire office is situated in La Linea de la concepción
on the boulevard just opposite the border gates.
At this office all arriving clients are provided with the rental agreements
and keys of cars. They then have to proceed to parking “FOCONA”
nearby in order to pick up the vehicle. The office inside the parking
“FOCONA” is the check in point, where to return the vehicles.
It is also used for extensions of rental contracts or changes of vehicles.
Drop off:
You should always arrange this with a staff member when picking up the
vehicle but in general, you should return the car to the same place FOCONA,
about 100 m from “McDonald´s” , just opposite the border.
Cars can not be returned inside Gibraltar.
Please be informed, that for all bookings for GIBRALTAR OFF AIRPORT / LA LÍNEA DE LA CONCEPCIÓN, a surcharge of € 20,00 per car, tax included, will be payable locally, when arrival time is out of hours (applicable between 21:00 h and 10:00 h, every day).
JEREZ
DE LA FRONTERA OFF AIRPORT
Pick
up:
“Meet & Greet” = a staff member will await you bearing
a placard and guides you to the meeting point where you are attended (FLIGHT
NO. & ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY)
Drop off:
To be arranged with staff member upon the pick up of the car but vehicles
may be returned to the airport parking.
SEVILLE
ON AIRPORT
Pick up:
You have to go to the desk inside the arrivals terminal (FLIGHT NO. &
ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY).
Drop off:
To be agreed with staff on arrival but vehicles can be returned to the
same place.
Less than 7 days rental
period: weekly price divided by 6 and multiplied by number of days required
(minimum 3 days)
More than 7 days rental period: weekly price divided by 7 and multiplied
by number of days required.
Conditions:
Cars only may be driven in Andorra, France(1), Gibraltar, Balearic Islands(2), Iberian Peninsula(2), and Portugal, and must be returned to one of our stations.
(1) France: It is possible to drive in France, paying locally an additional insurance of € 7 per day (maximum € 50 per rental agreement). The rental agreements are renewable monthly.
(2) The vehicles must not be taken from the Iberian Peninsula to the islands or viceversa nor must they be transported to the Spanish enclaves Ceuta and Melilla.
The rental
price includes
- Unlimited mileage.
- Full insurance (insurance excess included).
- VAT.
- 24 hours road assistance service.
- Arrivals at airports out of hours.
- Airport taxes.The rental price does not include Tank of fuel
- For rentals up to 3 days there will be a charge for the full tank of
fuel, which will be refundable
at the end of the hire if the tank is returned full.
- If the rental is for 4 days or more, there will be a charge for the
full tank of fuel, which must
be returned as empty as possible. No refunds will be made for unused fuel.
- Fuel will have to be paid at the beginning of the rental period.
- The amount for fuel depends on the model of the vehicle and ranges between € 40 and € 85.
Baby seats and boosters € 3,00 per day with a maximum of € 36,00 per seat per rental.
Additional drivers € 3,00 per day with a maximum of € 36,00 per driver per rental.
One way rental interprovincial € 30,00 per rental, if rental is less than 7 days.
Others
Traffic fines, tow trucks, damages to glass, wheels, underbody, clutch
(due to misuse), lost or broken keys, error of fuel and costs involved,
Negligences.
SUPER
INSURANCE:
FOR ONLY € 3,00 PER DAY (*), YOU CAN COVER ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO WHEELS,
GLASS AND CLUTCH (**)
* minimum amount € 9,00 and maximum € 36,00 per rental contract
** a deposit of € 300,00 is obligatory, in case you do not wish to
acquire this insurance
