MALAGA
ON AIRPORT
Pick up:
Clients have to go to the counter on the groundfloor of the arrivals terminal.
Drop off:
Car to be returned to the parking at the airport, within the Rent a Car
area nearby the check in point. If time of drop off is out of hours (00:00
h – 08:00 h), car has to be locked and key to be left in the keybox
at that parking.
GRANADA
OFF AIRPORT
Pick up:
“Meet & Greet” = a staff member will pick you up bearing
a placard and take you by a courtesy bus to the office located at 600
m distance (FLIGHT NO. & ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY).
Drop off:
To be arranged with staff member when picking up the vehicle, but generally
cars should be returned to the parking of our office and you will be taken
to the terminal by bus.
GIBRALTAR
OFF AIRPORT
Pick up:
“Meet & Greet” = a staff member will receive you bearing
a placard and you will have to cross the border walking to reach the Spanish
side, La Línea de la Concepción, where the office is inside
the public parking FOCONA and where the car will be supplied. (FLIGHT
NO. & ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY)
Drop off:
You should always arrange this with a staff member when picking up the
vehicle but in general, you should return the car to the same place FOCONA,
about 100 m from “McDonald´s” , just opposite the border.
Cars can not be returned inside Gibraltar.
JEREZ
DE LA FRONTERA OFF AIRPORT
Pick
up:
“Meet & Greet” = a staff member will await you bearing
a placard and guides you to the meeting point where you are attended (FLIGHT
NO. & ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY)
Drop off:
To be arranged with staff member upon the pick up of the car but vehicles
may be returned to the airport parking.
SEVILLE
ON AIRPORT
Pick up:
You have to go to the desk inside the arrivals terminal (FLIGHT NO. &
ARRIVAL TIME OBLIGATORY).
Drop off:
To be agreed with staff on arrival but vehicles can be returned to the
same place.
Less than 7 days rental
period: weekly price divided by 6 and multiplied by number of days required
(minimum 3 days)
More than 7 days rental period: weekly price divided by 7 and multiplied
by number of days required.
Rates are NET in euros
and include the following:
1. Full insurance (C.D.W., T.P., P.A.I.)exclusive insurance excess.
2. Free airport deliveries during normal office hours.
3. One way interprovincial, if rental is for 7 days or more.
4. Unlimited mileage.
5. 1st additional driver.
6. 24 hours road assistance.
7. VAT 16%.
These rates do not
include (to be paid by you locally):
1. Vehicles will be delivered with a FULL tank and must be returned EMPTY,
please.
For rentals up to 3 (three) days maximum, the option FULL / FULL is allowed.
In no case there will be a proportional refund for fuel not used.
2. Baby seats available
at 2,50 euro per day; maximum 30,00 euros per rental per seat.
3. 2nd additional driver(s) at 2,00 euro per day; maximum 20,00 euros
driver per rental.
4. Insurance excess according to car group.
Note:
1. Your minimum age must be 21 years and you must be holding a courant
driving license since one year, at least.
2. When picking up the vehicle, you will be asked for a CREDIT CARD as
guarantee.
3. Vehicles may only be driven on the Spanish mainland , into Gibraltar
and Portugal and must be returned to one of our stations.
